Safe Harbour is Dedicated to Relapse Prevention
Beginning on the first day of treatment at Safe Harbour Recovery, you will learn new ways of coping with emotional and environmental triggers that could lead to relapse.
As you work your program at Safe Harbour Recovery, you will live in a community with others who are experiencing similar issues as they grapple with sobriety. Through group meetings and one-on-one therapy, you will learn to address conflict in a healthier way. The basic, everyday issues that arise will take new meaning without your mind being clouded by drugs or alcohol. You will learn to think and react as a sober person and adopt new behaviors to address both old and new issues.
We know what’s ahead when you complete your treatment program. You will be faced with a myriad of decisions, from living arrangements, jobs, school other stressors that may have led to your addiction in the first place. Our commitment is to give you the tools and resources to make that transition as easy as possible.
